In no event shall Backup To EMail or anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of the SOFTWARE be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE, even if Backup To EMailhas been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The SOFTWARE is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk arising out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE remains with the user.

The self-extracting executable installation file of the SOFTWARE may be freely copied and distributed without any limitations and by any media in its original unmodified state. No prior consent from Backup To EMail is necessary.
